My doc says 3 hours between ABX or other microbials and
probiotics ... I take my ABX in the morning and @ night and the
probi's in the middle of the day ... probi's can be combined with
other supplements but the "killers" should be taken alone ...

I think it is ok if probiotics are enteric coated, otherwise there should be a time gap at least two hours. Probiotics with enteric coating dissolve in intestine, not in stomach, so it is couple more hours after swallowing.

It is my understanding that Art when in comes in contact with a cell that contains iron (bartonella bacteria, malaria, cancer) It forms a chemical reaction which gives off oxygen, Thus killing the cell. My ND advised me to take it at bedtime and at least 3 hrs after eating any foods. All my iron supplements are taken in the morning PS Do not take oregano with iron food/supplements, it inhibits body cell from taking in the iron.

- Any herb with antimicrobial properties is best taken a couple hours away from probiotics.
I did a short Google search and found that (in addition to some anti-protozoal effects and other antimicrobial properties) artemisinin does have antifungal properties, so it could well destroy the probiotics.
It's always best to keep probiotics separate from ANY and ALL herbs - and from any Rx that has any antimicrobial purpose. -
