go to Lymephotos.com There is a formula there based on weight. I have done this protocol with remarkable results, although further parasite and antibiotic treatment was needed for further improvement. I am now past 95% impovement and working towards total remission. Good luck and God Bless!

The instructions on lymephotos might be too strong too quickly. Start with 1/4 tsp each sea salt and vit c with a large glass of water, and ramp up 1/4 tsp at a time according to how you are herxing. I also needed antiparasitic herbs such as parastroyas.
Join lymestrategies for more info on the salt/c protocol. You don't have to buy the e-book to join. I am also 95% better and getting close to remission.
BTW,CONGRATS dyna on doing so well and sticking with it! Gael

I tried to work my way up to the 1/4 tsp and got a gi flare-up that lasted several days, and prickly feelings randomly around my body. I was taking it with food trying to avoid a gi flare(i'm prone to them with some meds), but wondering if because I didn't take it with a glass of water maybe that was the problem,? I was drinking alot of water thru-out the day.
I would like to try again once this gi flare settles. I've read the book and it sounds like something that could help(alot hopefully)

dogmom,
It's important to take the salt/c with water, not food, so you can circulate the salt and it can be effective. the prickly feelings were probably from a herx.
You can't really avoid a flair(herx) Parasites are in the G.I. track, and when you attack them, you will have G.I. disturbances.
The idea is to let the herx calm down, and then continue with the salt/c. You don't have to take it all at once and can sip it thru the day.
