i'm supposed to go back on doxy today and i have an arsenal of capsules, but my doc prescribed tabs. just wondering.
nervous about going off of the mepron / zithromax combo that's helped me so much, but i'm about to start the rifampin / doxy. we'll seee...

Tabs are generally better liked on here; they seem to be better tolerated because they absorb more slowly than capsules.
It's the exact same drug, so you may as well use the caps if you didn't have problems with them in the past.

No difference and FYI you can buy them on Amazon under fish and bird meds for anyone needing them with no insurance or for a recent tick bit.
