Is Samento supposed to taste like soap? This bottle does. The former bottle did not.

I'd have to say no. Is it Nutramedix? It has an odd taste, but not soapy.

It is Nutramedix. I opened up a new bottle, and it also tastes like soap.

Maybe my body reacting differently to it??

Hmmm. Have you tried contacting the place you purchased it from? I used to buy mine at www.myherbs.net They were very helpful in answering questions.

I've also contacted Nutramedix with questions in the past, and they were also helpful.

When in doubt, try to check with the manufacturer.

OK. Just had a phone consult about the matter with my doc who "voice tested" me to see if the Samento was stressing me out or not, and sure enough, it is. The abrupt change in taste was my body's way of giving me a big hint.

OK. That's a new one for me. I've heard of and done muscle testing, not heard of voice testing. Can you educate me on what voice testing is, and how is it done?

I think it's plausible that your body was telling you something, but I'm just not sure I can trust the voice test and the soapy taste.

Just to be extra sure, I think I would still contact the manufacturer.

By the way, that's a great quote from Victor Frankl.

Best wishes.

For voice testing, the doctor records the patients' voice for 3-4 minutes. Sometimes a DNA swab is required with a digital pic of the patient for more precise testing. But in a pinch, just the voice will do. I think the nurse stands in proxy for the patient to offer an arm for muscle testing while the voice is played. Stressors are determined through energy passing through the voice. (I think)
