My doctor has recommended "Host Defense MyCommunity" it is a blend of medicinal mushrooms. I also take "Immunotix 3-6" a form of beta glucan. Both products support the immune system. You can find them on Amazon.

My son takes BRM4. My other son did transfer factors for immune support in the beginning.

Heard Dr. Nicholson speak about NTFactor and all of its benefits. You can watch him speak at researchednutritionals.org. He references a lot of studies.

I am trying cordycepts for the first time. Along with everything else. Something has to be working.

Randibear, do you have somewhere around where you live that could test you energetically? What works for one person could be toxic for another.

It is a wonderful tool if the practitioner knows what he/she is doing. Just a thought. It's more economical in the long run to pay someone to help you figure out what your body needs instead of just throwing money here and there.

I am super sensitive to a lot of herbs and supplements. I think I remember reading where you are too.

I have NEVER had a problem with anything that I have tested energetically for. NEVER! It's an amazing feeling to know that I am not throwing money down the toilet(literally.)

Well, darn!! I have a lady who is fairly close to me, and she only charged me $50 for over an hour. I wish you could find someone you could trust.
