I have been following a gluten-free diet for 3 weeks, and if a horrible withdrawal is any indication, then I suppose I am doing great!
I cannot see, think, plan, or tell a red light from a green light. My brain is completely inflamed, especially in the front; I can feel it.
Any suggestions for getting this stuff out of my system more efficiently? Or is this just a normal part of the process? Thank you!

Have you tried anything for the inflammation? Turmeric is a good anti-inflammatory.
Also, if you have pinella on hand, maybe it would help?
You might check at celiac.com and see what suggestions they might have.

Thank you, SixGoofyKids and Lymetoo! Those are great suggestions. I'll cook with Turmeric today.
