Hi, I searched the old posts because my doc wants me on OLE, i found Seagate has an awesome 2 for 1 deal. I bought 4 bottles equalling 1000 caps! lol. I think I might be set for quite a while.
Is the rule of thumb on OLE the same as all others, start out low and slow?
My doc wants me on 2 caps per day (each cap is 450 mg) but my doc didn't know which brand I'd be getting when she recommended 2 caps.
She trusts I will do my own homework- because she knows I would anyway even if she suggested something to start with.
I'm also going back on Malarone (generic), pulsed with Azith and Tindamax on the weekends (250 mg each day).
Aside from that I'm starting on A-FNG from Byron White -starting with 5 drops per day.
2 caps should be safe ...yea? Or would starting with 1 be best.
I'm also excited about starting IP6 Gold. supposed to boost your killer cells to enhance immune system and dna integrity. A recovered lyme patient recommended it.

- Yes, start low. One a day, with a meal or a medium snack not too late in the day. Just to see how you do.
I never had the chance to get babesia treatment, so I'm not familiar with how Malarone, etc. will affect you but OLE, alone, can cause a bit of a herx so that's why you start low.
I find OLE (especially Seagate brand) to be excellent and helps my sinuses and gut.
I have a full page of research links on OLE but I need some time to wake up my brain, it's early here. I'll be back later in the day and post some easy links for your research.
In the meantime, you'll find better educational links (not sales sites) from a search at Google SCHOLAR:
Olive+Leaf+Extract
Search "PubMed" and go to their site to search:
Olive+Leaf+Extract
- and then that term with whatever body organs or systems or symptoms you hope will get some support from this. I'll plug in "fungal" as you'll get good hits for that.
I'll be back with more. -

I did get a flu-like feeling after starting Seagate OLE, but kept at it, and now am on 2 pills 3 times a day (well sometimes I forget to take it at lunch so end up taking it only twice a day).
I don't know exactly what it is doing since I'm on so many different pills but it has to be a good thing for me, so I keep taking it!
with my virus and pathogen load I think this is gonna be a great product to switch out with GSE. My doc seems to like it to help keep yeast/candida at bay (without the use of nystatin or diflucan) and to help with viruses.
Hopefully someone else finds use for the link I'm glad I found the thread that shared the sale link.

- Fyrecracker,
Thanks for that link. That's $7.50 off of Seagate's site. That sure helps.
And, yes, the 2 for 1 is wonderful. Seagate has had that deal for some time now. I called a couple months ago to get a sense of how long they might continue that and they said - for a while.
For more detail about the product, here's their main site and - I will come back later with my OLE research links. My brain is just not in that mode right now.
Seagate also has a very nice nasal spray (and other personal care options).
