I am having a very difficult time right now with my cognitive function lately. Im so foggy. Forgetul, having word finding issues, i am exceptionally more tongue tied, I don't feel as though I make sense half the time anymore, and quite frankly I am feeling inept at points. I take fish oil already...anybody ave any suggestions?

Thanks!

I'm on O3s, Phos serine complex, NeuroActives BrainSustain (contains NAC, more phos serine, Acetyl L carnitine, ALA, CoQ10 and broccoli seed extract), Taurine, 5-htp, GABA, nebulized GHS/NAC.... Seems to help, except I'm still fuzzing out after a.m. and p.m. meds and showering.
Definite overall improvement, not myself again, but not a total zombie anymore:)

Frequent B-12 injections are supposed to be helpful for the brains methylating factors or some such nonsense, but they never did me any good.

Best luck!

Phil

Swanson's has a product called, Brain Essentials, that we are trying.

I agree with CoQ10 as well as adding Ribonucleic Acid (RNA). Both work well for brain fog.
