No problems with methylfolate, I am using Folapro. I have been taking it for 3 months. I am not noticing anything different, bad or good. I have one copy of MTHFR too. R

From what I understand, with one copy of the gene it makes it difficult to convert folate into methylfolate. Are you using the converted methylfolate? Regular folate would not address the issue.
