I say all are herx symptoms. At various times, I have had all the symptoms you describe. TMJ, teeth hurt, jaw getting very tired when trying to chew, etc. Deep aching in my neck and shoulders. These will pass.

thanks. but oh man i am hurting bad. anybody know how to stop the jaw pain?
i have some vicodin but i hate to take that stuff. i took a couple of alleve instead.

my daughter has been having some bad head issues lately. brain fog, headaches, jaw pain, ear pain...nothing seems to help
