I had all that stuff going on too when I was in the trenches with this Lyme stuff, it has resolved with treatment. Sorry you have all this stuff going wrong, hopefully it gets better soon.

It is likely that it is Babesia/parasite related IMO.
For symptom relief: Have your iron and magnesium checked (these tend to be issues for me when I have these symptoms. Also was just reading about L-Tyrosine. Maybe read up on that.
Not fun. Hope you feel better.

Do a search here for orthostatic hypotension and POTS. This is a common issue for lyme patients. I've had it for decades. There are meds you can take if it gets really bad. It is a common condition in chronic fatigue syndrome as well.

Lymetoo.. Believe you hit the nail on the head here. I had a rapid heart rate it was annoying and scary. Went thru a 100% complete cardio workout and I mean complete..everything was normal. Probably the Lyme or better yet Bart. Bart can cause the fast heart rate. Mine just went away. A symptom I don't miss. See a cardio and have a work up, can't hurt.
