Can these both be taken at the same time of day?

If not, does Art always need to be taken on empty stomach? Does it need to be spaced 2 hours from abx?

So many meds/supps and only 24 hours in a day! I am currently setting clock to get up at midnight and 3:30 AM to fit everything in...still unable to fit detox in. [bonk]

I was told to do art 5 of 7 days and with a bit of grapefruit juice...........Don't know about the other.

My nights and days are turned around , bad.. I end up bunching several supps/meds together just to get it in. [dizzy]

Hope your better. Nonna

I am taking both now. I was told to take the A-Bart on an empty stomach, wait the 1/2 hour, then I could go ahead and take the Art.

It does get very crazy with all these herbs, antibiotics, supps, probiotics, etc.

I will not interrupt my sleep to take any meds. It's hard enough to get to sleep as it is and I can never stay asleep so I know when I have one of my wake ups, I can just take one of them then, if needed.

You'll figure out a plan that works for you eventually, then it will all change! ; )
