Hi Good People, I've been on abx treatment for over 8 years and have made remarkable improvements. However, I still have on and off peripheral neurological sx. Specifically, my hands and feet or legs go numb. Really numb. Like dead numb. Sometimes I don't even know that they are asleep. Recently I stood up on an asleep leg. Very asleep. So asleep that I didn't know I put the top of my foot instead of the sole of my foot down and I tried to walk with my full weight. EeEEEk. Yes I twisted and broke my foot in two places. Its been a horrifically slow healing process with huge implications on my life. My question is,
what tips do you have for dealing with numbness? And, perhaps more importantly what treatment has ended your numbness, neuropathy, pins and needles, tingling or pricking prodding sensations? Please do tell...
Thanks for anything you are able to share. POM
