I have almost all of Dr. B's symptoms and i also have an enlarged liver now. The Dr's didnt what was going on for a couple months then finally did a ton of blood work and tested positive for lyme a RMSF. The treatment with 100mg of doxy seemed to help initially then really does noting for me after 60+days of taking it. I am always tired and if I do anything to exert myself I am exhausted. I also tested positive for mono so my neck and body is just sore everywhere. What to do now.

You need to find an ILADs (International Lyme and Associated Disease Society) specialist. They are trained with the most up-to-date info on lyme (I'm no doc, it's just my opinion, but I think you'll find I'm right). Go to www.lymediseaseassociation.org and they will email you some names.

You can also post a request here under "Seeking" and someone will send you some doc's names, although you will have to check to see if they are ILADS trained.

I can't stress enough how important it is to find one of these docs. Don't waste your time or money with anyone else (the rest of them don't have a clue about lyme).

You should also try to see "Under Our Skin". You can download it on hulu (free).

Also, the book "Cure Unknown" is really good (worth every penny).
