Was Lyme infected 6 years ago. Went through "normal" course of antibiotics. Completely lost my sense of smell over the last 3 years. Is there any possible connection?

I think anything is possible with Lyme, I have an extremely enhanced sense of smell right now, I am like a freaking bloodhound! Lol! Woof! If it can enhance, I would think it could go the other way too. R

I don't have lyme -- hubby does. But I do know that I have always had a very bad sense of smell. I recently increased my zinc supplements and can actually smell a few things for the first time in years.
If you have KPU as many lyme patients do then zinc is one of the major nutrients that is deficient. It definitely would be worth trying zinc supplements to see if that helps.
