Those who take Bolouke or other systemic enzymes - can you take them WITH your abxs dose?

I take Lumbro with Doxy and Biaxin. Just recently stopped Biaxin and was going downtown, so it appears that it does not affect Biaxin at least.

I don't feel that it affects Doxy either.

Best on an empty stomach. That's how they get into systemic circulation to work on biofilms and thick blood and inflammation.

I assume you take abx with food. Enzymes will simply break down the food in your stomach if you take them with food. Then there aren't enough left to go systemic.

Doing much better now Boxer, thanks

Rifampin + Doxy is def helping to hit Bartonella.
Rifampin is suggested to take on an empty so I'll take it with Lumbro and the Doxy with food.

Appreciate the suggestions
