012542 - HLA DRB, DQB
016139 - HLA ABC
168002 - HLA DQA

I think most folks test only the 012542.

Does anyone know what the other two tests could reveal?
Sorry more stupid questions from me.

The main purpose for the test is to determine if you are a human or a mouse. Ok, so I don't know. But I am trying!

Here are some links that may be more confusing than not?

Virus Res. 2011 Sep 16. [Epub ahead of print]
HIV-mediated up-regulation of invariant chain (CD74) correlates with generalized immune activation in HIV(+) subjects.

Abstract
HIV Nef-mediated up-regulation of invariant chain (Ii chain, also CD74) is presumed to play an active role in HIV immunopathogenesis. However, this has not been definitely ascertained. In order to help elucidate this hypothesis, Ii chain, CD4, HLA-DR and HLA-ABC expression was analyzed ex vivo in monocyte-derived macrophages (MDMs) from HIV(+) subjects.

Tks. B27 is a separate test from those I mentioned? Or would be seen in the A,B,C test?
I don't want to exclude anything important - but don't want to miss anything either.

For example - Sjogren's I think has a marker of DQA1 0501. That would fall under the third test/DQA - not the other two?

Also mentioned for Sjogren's is HLA-B8. What test would cover that?

Multiple Chem. Sensitivities I think has a marker of HLA B35. What test?

Thanks.
