With antibiotics we are going to wait 3 months with no symptoms before stopping treatment. Would this be true for herbal treatment?

I have felt pretty darn good for about a full week now.
I have only been taking my Florastor and another probiotic and my fiber therapy, Citrucel.
Other than some ear ringing, my aches and pains seem to be gone for the moment.
Makes me not want to resume my meds/herbs/supplements.
Good for you.. I felt the same way yesterday, then last night bam. same old same old crappy stuff...

I have been off abx for 6 days to do a round of Coartem and I feel freaking great! I hope it keeps up.
Starting Omnicef and Malarone on Wednesday. I can't wait till I'm done with all these drugs!

Being on antibiotics for quite a while and then getting off of them can show you where you are at in how good you are doing.
I know multiple patients including myself that did long term IV antibiotics. At different points in time. Many of us got off for a while and did much better.
Antibiotics are tough on the system themselves and then what it does to the lyme as well. I think we all got into the habit of sitting around not doing anything and adapted to that lifestyle.
I felt much better getting off, getting back to work, and trying to exercise and have a little fun on the weekends.
Sucks I did not keep up with my maintenance treatment to keep me from a relapse I got going on.
