I was tested to Lyme antibodies recently and the test came back positive. They did Western Blot, and it did not have any reactive bands. I was bitten by a tick when I was about 12 (28 now). Started having anxiety, panic, migraine and visual snow at the age of 15-16. Two years of this, and then a long (10year break). Now anxiety is back, migraine as well, and visual distractions are intensified. This are settling down after a year of chronic anxiety, panic, IBS, GERD (these are my main symptoms). I don't have any joint pain/swelling, no arthritis.. Could this be Lyme? Would you mind sharing your main symptoms, please?

Sounds like Bartonella Like Organisms. From a tickbite.

In 2010 I had severe Fatigue, panic, IBS, Headaches, dizziness and had almost no physical symptoms and tested negative for lyme. After multiple lyme tests, I tested positive. Now it's turned into all that plus now trouble walking because I neglected to find treatment. I would urge you to find an LLMD. A regular doc won't believe you especially since you already tested neg. to their standards. I was also bitten when I was younger and no symptoms for 15 years. Please see LLMD!!!They can diagnose Bartonella.

Yes Nana, it could be Lyme and/or coinfections (bartonella, babesiosis, erlichiosis, mycoplasma). Please find an LLMD.

Your symptoms also sound like candida or candidiasis, an overgrowth of yeast in your gut, which often comes along with Lyme, or can be independent of it.
You can have those symptoms from Lyme without the joint pain or arthritis.
