I have just a few tests left to hopefully soon have performed.

What would be the appropriate codes for these tests for insurance coverage?

Does each test require a separate code? (I am thinking not).

VEGF., MSH., MMP-9., Whole blood Histamine and Chlamydia Pn.

Oh - I discussed these tests in brief with my GP yesterday. She was not familiar with them and/or the reason for testing for them.

Could someone advise a brief reason to test each that would make it easier for me to explain these to a GP?

Tks.

It might take me a day or 2 and I need to know what all of the initials stand for i.e. VEGF. I used to be a medical biller and can try to find the info in my reference books.

How about the code for the protomyzoa rheumatica parasite also called the Fry bug, a newly discovered parasite, enveloped in biofilms. That would be amazing to find.

The people at Fry Labs said that Medicare has paid for it once in awhile. Thank you!

I once googled ICD-9 on google and got an index and was able to look up the code to whatever it was I was fighting my insurance for, have you tried finding the ICD-9 codes that way?
