My husband now swears by NT Factor Energy. It's a supplement from Dr. B's company, Researched Nutritionals.
I have a Lyme friend who has been on Nuvigil (Rx). I think it's for narcolepsy, which isn't her diagnosis, but she manages to work full-time with it. Before Nuvigil, she was a wreck with insomnia and exhaustion. She also has mild apnea, but chose to discontinue her CPAP.
I agree with BoxerMom about the NT Factor. I take the Healthy Aging with NT Factor from iherb.com.
Also when I told my DO, not my LLMD that I was tired all the time, he recommended Innate, Adrenal Response. It is kind of expensive at about 50/month but I have cut back to two before bed instead of three because I seem to be improving.
All the Best, MattH

L-Lysine & Molybdenum are needed for the mitochondria to produce ATP (cellular energy) and I have noticed a difference since starting them.

Since you have the diagnosis to wear a C-Pap is there another type of "stay awake" med for you? Have you asked your doc?

I agree with others - NT Factor is really helpful.
Other things that help tremendously: vitamin D, DHEA, Pregnenolone, chlorella, Adrenal support, and parsley extract for detox.
