I don't get it. I had made some progress in the last year. I now went to india for stem cell treatment.
I have to wait two more weeks, so i was heading to kochi. It's really easy here. I think everyone with neurolyme can imagine how hard it is to travel with lyme. It wouldn't be so bad if i could get some sleep !!!
Since a few days i battle insomnia. Maybe my HPA axis is now totally shot because of the jetlag. My thyroid hormones aren't right anymore, this disease is really so unfair.
I just can't sleep with all the loudness and the heat right now.
I always get that extreme inflammation if i don't sleep. AI#3 and ibuprofen helps. But i always wonder if my body gets a lot of damage if i don't sleep, because it does feel like that.
If i get a few hours sleep i am so much better... What could i buy here in the pharmacies? I've read about L-Trypothan here. I really need tips. I don't want this here to continue like that.
I also tryed Zhang's Herbsome but it only helped in the first 3 days. I usually wake up several times even with the Herbsome.
I can't sleep in planes or trains since lyme. I really hate it... So if you travel for 22 hours, it means i won't sleep 22 hours. I just can't fall asleep.

Is there someway you could find an American or German MD there since I see you're from Germany who could give you a rx for two weeks for some sleep med?
I can't sleep in planes either anymore and in fact can't sleep in hotels anymore so I completely sympathize with you.
India has so many herbs. Can you find an herbalist there if you don't want to do a med?
Hope you get some sleep somehow!
