Is it normal with Lyme to have neck pain on the sides of you neck. It almost feels like a muscle cramping and it comes and goes and some times pulls through my jaw. really strange.

Yeah, I've had it off and on for over a year. I found that a Bed Buddy helps a lot. Just pop in the microwave for a couple of minutes and wrap it around your neck. Here's a link to it at BB&B: http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/product.asp?SKU=10573050
