Anyone taking this? Any feedback?

I was switched from abart and abab to this and was wondering if anyone has good results from it.

Much cheaper than the byron formulas and comes in bigger bottle too.

I just started a couple weeks ago and am doing very well with it. At first, much more pain, though. MUCH more. But, then, a bit more alertness even if not actual physical energy.

Surprising for me to do so well as, usually alcohol tinctures clobber me. As this is from a root source, though, it can be added to hot water, swirled a bit to let some of the alcohol dissipate.

[Tinctures from aerial parts - any part above ground - cannot be put in very hot water. Slightly warm water is okay, then.]

However, it's usually out of stock. Not sure if I'll be able to get another bottle before this one is gone or not. Even a four ounce bottle does not last long at 1 tsp. 3 x day.

I would be sure that you have a good supply before you begin. I have a different plan (from Amazon herbs - www.Rain-Tree.com ) in mind if I can't get more of this.

www.woodlandessence.com is the only source.

The site explains some of the problems with supply:

Keebler are you on herbals alone? No antibiotic?

Anyone else?

I started last week, the taste is horrible and strong. I have had no adverse effects. I will let you know how I do with it.

In our experience, the effectiveness may depend on what stage of treatment you're in.

My husband has been in treatment for roughly 6 years. About 3 years ago, after a 3-month course of IVs. his LLMD tried him on herbals only, with BlT as the mainstay. He was okay for about a month, then had to resume (oral) abx.

In contrast, about 2 months ago, we took the plunge and got him off all pharmas except for yeast meds. He has been taking BlT and Crypto-plus, and (knock on wood) has been fairly stable. That's not to say all has been smooth, but much smoother compared to three years ago.

Crypto-plus MAY be in stock. We had been waiting almost 2 months for a bottle we had ordered, and it finally came a couple of days ago.

I felt probably my best while I was on this and Mepron. I then broke out in a HUGE head to toe rash and was very, very sick, I ended up in the ER.

I stopped all meds and found out later that it was because of the Lomatium in the tincture. I understand that about 1% of people get this rash. A certain Dr. H. says that it is a form of the measles coming out not an allergic reaction. ?!

I still have the stuff in my fridge, have always wanted to give it a second try, but scared to death.
