Has anyone else gone through this? These herxes don't seem to get any better despite some minor detoxing (because I get sicker when I bombard my body).. the usual, lemon water, magnesium, etc.

More than detoxes I wanted to find out if you ever can get rid of babesia. And if people have gone through what feels like never-ending herxing. This is sooooooo hard!

I'm definately right there with you with the feeling that the babesia herxing seems never ending. I have found that epson salt baths help a bit but nothing seems to help for long.

I have the complete cocktail of Lyme, babs & bart (with babs most prevalent).

First infected in 1987, reinfected 2006.

I got rid of babesia nearly 7 years ago now. I had weekly flares when I began treating it. They were a living hell. Each one lasted 48 hours.

Lyme doc said babs has a 7 day cycle and that is what I was experiencing. When he had me add artemesinin, the flares went down to nearly nothing the first week. Less and less each week after that.

He had me encompass the flares with the art. So, since a flare always started on Friday evening, I started the art on Friday morning. I continued it through the flare--through Sunday evening.

It was like a miracle.

Hope this helps you. I will never forget those babs flares. Terrible.

Thanks everyone. I almost feel like stopping but I know I'll be back to square one. Bumping for other suggestions!

@nonna05 and @jeff-hope you both feel better and @TF thank you for your input, the herxes sure are torture!

I'd like to know what your symptoms are too. For me, my Anxiety goes bananas, emotional crying, shortness of breath, malaise, fatigue, brain damage feeling, flu like stuff, tachycardia.

Can you relate ?
