I was wondering if anyone else gets headaches, sometimes severe, when the barometric pressure rises or drops? and do you think this is a lyme symptom.

I have had these headaches for most of my adult life. But after a month of zythro and doxy (and then later biaxin and back to zytho and doxy) I had not had one for 6 months until starting flagyl right before thanksgiving. I am back to having them every time the weather changes... and i have had to take my first migraine med since then. I also have my fibro musle pain back...it too disappeared over the 6 months. Can't say I missed them. [Frown]

Do you think this is the flagyl cyst busting? and a good thing? I also started diflucan at the same time.

Yes, my weather induced headaches went away with treatment.

Haven't moved on to Flagyl yet so can't comment. Sounds right, though, that you are getting some cyst busting and active infection. Is that all you're on?

Flagyl hits Bartonella and often times the frontal/temple headaches that are excruciating (and sometimes make you feel like throwing up to relieve it) get confused with cyst busting.

My opinion.

i don't know what's causing my headache right now.

i had one like this in march but it went away, this one not so much.

my temples are pounding, my neck and shoulders are rigid hard, and my face is numb, and my jaws can barely open.

geez, if it ain't one thang, it's another.

I also get headaches that I think are associated with the weather....Ive been wanting to get a barometer so I can try to track and see if it is related....just another thing to put on my to do list [Smile]
