Yes, I have heard of people with mold issues that had brain lesions.

Hi Scott,
Ritchie Shoemaker M.D. is an expert on mold and environmental illness. He has written a book called 'Mold Warriers'; chapter 18 discusses the effect of mold on the brain.
Also, his book 'Desperation Medicine' addresses many of the same topics.
They can be gotten pretty cheaply on Amazon.
