Sounds like one of my migraine symptoms - which of course are caused by lyme and co. Maybe Advil or Motrin? Nothing much takes this away - just comes and goes.

oh man I've had this since around december 18th and yes it comes and goes but never really goes away. Pain ranges from 6 to 2 but never less

Have you considered a migraine preventive medicine? That may relieve the symptoms until you are able to treat the lyme.
