I posted this yesterday under a different "topic", but got no answers...
Puritan (a vitamin/supp distributor online) is having a sale on CoQ10, buy 2 get 3 free (yes 5 for the price of 2). Is this a good company to buy from or should I not waste what little money I have?

- Ubiquinol is better, many researchers are now saying.
CoQ10 still has its benefits - and it is very good. However, if CoQ 10 is taken, there is something that has to go with it and I can't recall what that is.
You can find out about that by searching at www.mercola.com , though.
I don't know about Puritan but find out the manufacture date, other conditions of manufacture, storage (incl. how hot this bottle has gotten), additives, etc.
It can be hard to find out all this. Some companies have a policy of selling by a certain date from manufacture. Some don't. But then when supplements wind up at 3rd, 4th party vendors, all bets are off as to the freshness.
It's lot of work so I hope you get some replies specific to your question.
Another excellent consideration for a supplement that is a major antioxidant: Astaxanthin -

Thank you for the info I appreciate the replies, but I am hoping somebody else knows about this specific company.
