First I had posted I have an ulcerated sore on the side of my tongue that gets a white strings/tread just under the skin and around the edge of the sore. Today I woke up and had itchy skin. I scratched it lightly and low and behold the skin came off. I still had on my PJs and it was full of a clear watery substance. I now have a sore the size of a nickel that is raw. Does this go with the detoxing? This is a first for me.

Cozynana, are you seeing a LLMD?

You should mention these symptoms to your doctor.

I'm not sure what the sore is in your mouth. Are you talking about a thick saliva string/thread, an infected sore with puss oozing, or an actual string.

IF this continues and you are not seeing a LLMD, please see one and get their opinion, or see a good LLND herbalist who understands Lyme disease.

Good Luck.

Cozynana,

Are you okay? You haven't written back.

These symptoms could just be the result of toxins from detoxing. But they could be another illness perhaps exiting your body due to detoxing, which is a good thing.

But if the oozing sores after scratching and/or the string/thread just under the skin of the ulcerated sore continues, you should let your LLMD know immediately.

Not trying to scare you. Please don't be afraid. It is better to hit these illnesses straight on.

But even it is a new illness exiting the body, that is a good thing.

Please say you are okay.

Well, I have been around the world and back since this initial post. I ended up in the hospital with kidney stones. I had the 6mm stone removed or crushed and a stent inserted. I passed multiple stones two different occasions. I had the Docs look at my sore and everything looks like it is healing, but I am having some more test done soon to make sure. My tongue is better and only comes and goes the 4th week of every month. I showed and told the docs about this too. I started Diflucan today and in two days I start the antibiotics. I think the sore maybe just a detox. I have a mole, wart, etc. on my back that is disappearing with the sauna. It has to be, I have changed nothing else. I am better and hope for more detox evidence soon.

First of all I want to apologize for all the repeat post. Can one of the moderators help me get them off. I tried and failed.

I have a fried who has Morgellons. I am going to see her next week and show her my sore.

It is healing fine though, so maybe it was the sauna. I have had a few weird things show up or disappear since I started using the sauna. Crazy stuff.

Did Diflucan make anyone else get emotional and cry.

I am on Diflucan every other day and the day I take it I end up being depressed and cry.

Sunday I am starting Ceftin. I am scared, but know I will not get well if I don't do it.

lpkayak, if I do not get any results with my friend I may need to talk to your friend.

I'd like to add one more thought. Hormone imbalances can cause ulcer flare ups in my mouth.

Sometimes on my tongue, or under it, or on the inside of my lips. (Just thinking makes me cringe.)

I've been battling these for years and am just getting control over them in recent months.

I would always have a 'monthly' flare of one or more in my mouth, and since they take 2 weeks to heal sometimes, it felt like I 'always' had them. Ouch!

Since you said yours was cyclical, I wanted to share. I did saliva testing and my progesterone was VERY low.

When you have Adrenal Fatigue, as many of us do, there is a phenomenon called 'progesterone steal' which depletes your levels. Sore boobs, heavy periods, cramps, headaches, irritability are some of the symptoms.

I now use a compounded progesterone cream 14 days on and 14 days off. NO MORE ULCERS, YAY!

Hope this helps! Our bodies are just depleted while they fight these buggies; hence, all the side effects that feel like a roller coaster ride.

HUGS

Thanks for the extra thought.

I was suppose to have a barrium enema today because my bowels don't work right.

I did the golytely stuff and Ihave had nothing but clear liquids since nooon yesterday.

I have had two solid balls of poop and some mucus, that is it.

Anything I should know about Lyme and my sympotms?

Golytely should have cleared you out. Did you drink all of it? When did you start drinking it?

I drank the whole thing. I am a slow transit kind of person. I got home and had more dumping, but feel better. I did get to have my enema and all went well. They didn't find anything, so maybe it is all Lyme.
