What exactly do you do with the vinegar?

Down on her knees, she wept on the floor.
This hopeless life, she wanted no more.
Dead in the mind and cold to the bone,
She opened her eyes and saw she was alone. ~Seether

mix a couple teaspoons in 8 oz of water, drink it - supposed to be good for migraines (according to someone I work with who has them)

That is interesting. It is preventive or does it stop it when you have one?

Apple cider vinegar with a T of honey in water has been an ancient remedy for decades. It helps to keep the blood thin. The acid in it detroys bacteria. Honey is anti-bacterial. It also makes a pleasant drink. Digestion
-- enzymes, with the meal.

Take care.

P.S. I never had a migraine, but I use Vinetar Honey drink all the time, also when doing "Walk Out"/Jane Fonda DVD, my daily 20 minute/mile quick/easy exercise, to keep hydrated -
I don't like plain water and rarely ever drink it!
