mix a couple teaspoons in 8 oz of water, drink it - supposed to be good for migraines (according to someone I work with who has them)

Apple cider vinegar with a T of honey in water has been an ancient remedy for decades. It helps to keep the blood thin. The acid in it detroys bacteria. Honey is anti-bacterial. It also makes a pleasant drink. Digestion -- enzymes, with the meal.
