I only started it 5 days ago and so far no herx or any real side effects..

Have any of you not had a big herx but still got better?

I wantt the herx if its the only way I will get better but I would be happy to get better without suffering the herx!

Ps..I am taking it for bart

You don't always herx when treating Bart.

I've never herxed when treating Bart. I've only gotten symptom relief.

Now if I did something that stirred Bart up (some herbs or a food) then I would get a flare up, not a herx.

What are you taking with Bactrim?

I didn't start herxing until three weeks in, when I got arthritis absolutely everywhere for about a month. I herxed, just not at first!

Sometimes herxes take about 5 or 6 weeks for anything you take.

Was on azithro & ceftin for around 3 months. I felt as if I had a herx when I was on ceftin & azithro. After seeing a LLMD He/She changes me to mepron, cefdinir & zithromax for a week now. No herx as of yet, some symptom relief. Will I herx again?

Also while I'm here and someone talked about flare up. Had a major flare up yesterday (maybe the foods I've been eating).
[bonk]

Woke up Friday and tounge was full of white globs and had the runs all day. I up'ed the probiotics thru the day the runs went away last night. Also I didn't sleep to well last night (4 1/2 hours) but when I got up first thing I did was looked into my mouth and there was very little white on my tounge and stool was kind of reg..

So what can I eat without killing myself?
Any food list would be great...

Thanks..
