I go through off and on periods of juicing. Since it is the start of the year I decided to start juicing again. The last time I was in a juicing phase I didn't own an IFR sauna. The two combined really work well together to help clean out our blood and energize the body. I can tell I have some extra stamina that I didn't use to have.
I mix things around but the basics of what I juice is kale or spinach cucumber carrots ginger, small amount green apple beet 1 lemon
Here is Dr. Oz's green power drink
2 cups spinach 2 cups cucumber 1 head of celery 1/2 inch or teaspoon ginger root 1 bunch parsley 2 apples Juice of 1 lime Juice of 1/2 lemon
Anyone else have any juicing ideas they would like to share. Once again doing the saunas and juicing are a good combo.

If you take out the beet and add celery you will have what I juice with. I lost 10 lbs last month have taken a couple weeks off for the holidays and started again this week. I juice just the evening meal.
No sauna as of yet.
All the Best, MattH

Lost 10 lbs. in a month by juicing your dinner.
That is impressive. I intend to start using celery after reading so many good things about it lately.
I only bought a portable IFR that many on here use for 200.00 and it was was well worth it.
