Hello,

Has anyone else with late stage lyme disease taken marinol? If so has anyone seen it help with pain and appetite? I need to be able to eat enough to take medication. Thanks.

I took it for three months, totally got rid of my nerve pain but it is going to make you hungry as hell.

If that is your goal to gain weight then give it a try. It also made my insomnia much worse and made me a grouch person. Caused much more tingling and buzzing. I am sure everyone will react differently.

I am happy I got off.

I can't reply for myself, but my father took marinol for something else, and he did not find that it helped him to gain enough of an appetite to be worth it. I think it may be dependent upon the person.

Well my throat gets so swollen that I can't swallow medications. Just trying to find something that might help.
