ok here's another one to consider. my tmj specialist gave me this cream to rub on my jaw. it's called mintiva. you can get it in cream jar or cream push type bottle. it really does seem to help with the jaw pain. but please don't buy from a doctor. they charge 40 bucks for it. i looked at amazon and they had a sale and it was 17. still pricey. but thought i would pass along a mention of this. other good ones are: australian dream cream tiger balm flexerall (helped my husband but did nothing for me) -------------------- do not look back when the only course is forward
