I think i was reinfected recently. What do these symptoms sound like? low grade fever, rash, confusion, head and ear pressure, swollen lymph nodes and upset stomach...

It sounds like the onset of lyme and company or stronger lyme from another tick bite. For me, it was another bite (bit multiple times).

Definitely sounds like Lyme/Bart/Babs.

This was how I presented when I got treated (insufficiently) the first time 6 years ago.

Time to find an LLMD if you don't have one already.
