Has anyone heard of going scuba diving helping lyme? My LLMD recommended it but after 2 sessions in the pool I am herxing like crazy. I am sure it probably is from the chlorine but not sure. Maybe just that small depth would affect you. Any suggestions or experiences?

I don't think it's so much the depth but the effort. My guess is that each session was at least an hour. (But, since you registered here over 3 years ago, you may have mastered how to gauge your endurance capabilities.)
I would think all the effort, the smell of chlorine and petroleum masks might be a contributing factor to the adrenal over-exertion "pay back" but it may not technically be a herx (though the oxygen could prompt a herx).
It could be a chemical reaction. Chlorine fumes can be a mighty toxin, especially in an indoor pool in winter. You might call them and ask about their fresh air exchange to get a better idea of if the fumes are really intense or just slightly.
My inner ear condition, sadly, would prevent me from scuba diving but if I could, I'd get to the warm Carribean and just keep on swimming.
Saw some fabulous footage of the coral reefs near Cuba the other day. Amazing. Rather controlled eco-region, though.
I sure hope you can figure out a way to make this work for you. Any kind of swimming can sure be a wonder outlet. -
