I have taken Intramax and it's a great product. I think it helps with herxing and detox, but not sure about taking it alone....

I purchased IntraMax a couple months ago before anything came up about Lyme. I was trying to improve my health, hoping to get more bioavailable supplementation, help my fatigue, adrenal issues, etc. I start on things very slow, so I had been taking only one teaspoon a day for about 3 weeks (6 days on and 1 day off). You are supposed to do 1 tsp for 3 days, then 2 tsp for 3 days, then 3 tsp a day ongoing. 6 on, 1 off. If at any point detox is too bad, revert back to prior dose and try again in three days to increase.
