the best I found was from Dr K called Power Adrenal Support drops. YOu take two droppers in the morn and two droppers at noon. Also rehmannia capsules two capsules once in the morning.
It lowered my cortisol and I no longer need any afternnon naps after using them. Bought them off the http://andreannarainville.com/. Check out the site for prices. Keeping your adrenals up is the whole key to fighting lyme and keeping it away after treatment. I went off the whole protocol and now I am back and sick again.

I have elevated cortisol all day. It is supposed to go down at night so you can sleep but mine doesn't. May explain sleep issues for some of us.
My Naturopathic doctor recommended Cortisol Manager. It is usually sold through doctors but you can get it at pureformulas.com without a doctor.
I use muscle testing and that one didn't test well for me so I use seriphos, holy basil and adrenal optimizer by Jarrow (3 different products)
I was starting to get sick constantly with colds and flu and couldn't get my blood sugars down no matter what I did short of taking insulin. That all seems mucyh better now but after a few weeks on the supplements.
Terry, I'm not a doctor

I did 1000 mg of Vit C daily, acupuncture, more salt, (read Adrenal Fatigue because there's more stuff in there I'm probably forgetting), and changed my diet (vegan--wasn't on abx then, but I imagine eliminating sugar/gluten would help too).

Thank you for your words...it is good to be back and I am trying to move on with life in some fashion and hope to get this lyme issue behind me now without my hubby to help me out.
I have you guys and that is great! Rainville teaches for Dr K and her supplements and her advice is wonderful. YOu can email her anytime and she will give you ideas on adrenals or any issues on lyme etc

I have found adrenal fighter to be very effective. It has a great combination of ingredients to help lower cortisol levels.
