Has anyone experienced severe muscle pain in back, shoulders and chest area? It seems to get worse not long after I start working and moving around more. Does it get worse with the cold weather?

Just a suggestion. I get muscle pain in my legs when I have ate too many 'nightshade' veggies.
Think of us like a MS patient... they need to watch the nightshades for inflammation and pain too.
Look up nightshades for a list of foods. They seem to be my favorites too!

Glad you mentioned this hadlyme. I think another reason why my muscle pain revvved up. I made a yummy turkey veggie soup with red potatoes in it.
They r sooooo yummy.
