I'm trying to fix my adrenals, thyroid, etc., and make sure that everything is functioning as well as is possible.
Does anyone know what a normal (but low) T4 may indicate, on a thryroid test?

Your thyroid is working alil less than par. You could see if you using some thyriod supplements will help.
You will also want to have some other tests run.
Thyroid Antibodies Tpo and Tagb TSH Free T4 Free T3
Those are most indicitive of how your thyroid is working.
If you have antibodies you may have Hashimotos or Graves which is an autoaummine disease.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
You will also want to do a 24 hours saliva test to test your adernals.
