I take the Juice Plus at the same time as my other supplements, Am and Pm. I take the VSL3 and Florastor in the middle of the day, spaced away from my antibiotics (since my antibiotics are taken 2x/day).

I know this is kind of an older post. I recently had a phone consult with a nurse who really thinks I should start juice plus and do double dosing.
My md thinks I should stay on the Thorne Basic Nutrient IV with copper and Iron rather than switching to juice plus. She said if I didn't gave Lyme it would be fine.
I would really like to know if anyone has had significant improvement when starting juice plus. They told me it would take at least three months before I noticed a change.
One claimed their friends scleroderma was improving and the others interstitial cystitis.

Also another consideration is that the capsules are not gluten free. The powdered form is and so are the chews.

Hi Lymetoo, how can this be? Have you tried them all? What happens if you take some? What about sodium ascorbate?
