I remember back when I took those, I took the huperzine at bedtime (not with food) and the PC at breakfast (with food).

What are they for? My NP told me to use phosphatidylcholine to reduce gut inflammation.
Any other reasons that people are taking these supps?

I took Phosphatidyl Choline to help with nervous system issues. It helps to heal the brain and detox the nervous system.
My doc had me taking PC from BodyBio, which is a thick syrup. She said I could take it whenever I wanted, but it might be better to take around mealtime because it is very fatty, and may be easier to digest around other food.
Hope that helps. Sorry I don't have any experience with Huperzine.

Huperzine helps with memory and Phosphatidyl Choline also decreases cortisol levels. Elevated cortisol levels can interfere with memory.
