I have been getting random cold sensations all over my body.

It feels like someone touching me with a cold piece of metal or like a cold drop of water landing on my skin.

It only affects a small area, like the size of a pencil eraser to maybe the size of a dime.

Does anyone else experience this? Is this normal for lyme?

I had these clod spots for three years when i was at my worst.

Mostly on joints! I told some family members about this and they said I was nuts/ so---

I said touch it - it was 85 outside and my joint was below 0. They didn't doubt me anymore after they felt it - it gets better!!!

I am pretty anxious this morning because I have a cold spot on the side of my forearm right in front of my elbow. Never had this before and I've been having massive fatigue and huge brain fog. I have bart and lyme (in remission right now I think) I am overloaded with yeast though. I'm scared it's MS.
