Hi,
Has anyone had this done? I have a call into a LMT that has done medicinal massages to drain the lymph. I have sore glands in neck, armpits (I think, unless it's muccle pain) and groin. Just curious if anyone has had any experiences around it! Thanks

Yes, I have lymph massage regularly and feel it's helpful in helping keep things moving with detox, etc. She has also been able to to teach me some self lymph work, so I try to do alittle each day between sessions as well.

Detox is hard for me, and this seems to really help keep me on track. It works with the organs as well, as lymph is throughout the body.

Good luck!

Thanks, I have been a little worried about the "detox" part because I've had so much of that! It is good to know you benefit from it. [Smile]
