I got my wisdom teeth pulled on the 26th. I have just recently been able to open my mouth wide enough to stick my tongue out, and I have noticed that my tongue is white.
it isn't the whole tongue- the middle isn't white. Just the sides.
Is this possibly yeast? (I followed the diet almost completely except for the first two days where all I could eat was sugar-free ice cream).
Or is it a side-effect from getting my teeth out and not yeast?
Has anyone else seen a similar thing after they get their wisdom teeth pulled?
I was under General Anesthetic for it

"Sugar-free" ice cream will feed candida.
Ad if that's all you ate for 2 days look no further. Are you on abx too?
Use listerine on mouth every night and use toothbrush to scrape the tongue with it.
Then pour some probiotics on the tongue (pop open capsule)

Yeah, I know sugar free stuff isn't good. But when I say that is all I ate, it's not like I ate very much at all- it is just that was the only thing I could tolerate occasional small bites of.
