I know I did. But I wasn't sure if it was the Zithromax or Mepron, both or the die-off. They improved slightly over time (I'm sure I just jinxed myself!).

Prior to treatment with Mepron/Zith, I was already experiencing doozers of headaches...ones that prescribed migraine medicine barely touched (since they weren't truly one-sided headaches- instead, global headaches driven by Babs).
Anyways, my headaches seemed to improve a bit after initially beginning Mepron. But then, bam, they returned with a vegence. Not to discourage you or anything, but, this past summer and early Fall, I had rounds of headaches that would persist for 14+ straight days. Headaches so bad, that I forced myself to see a jerk neurologist just to ensure that I wasn't in need of (yet another) MRI. I would've sworn that I had a tumor in my brain.
I'm happy to report that over time, the headaches have improved DRASTICALLY! I recently increased my dose of Mepron (my load was so high and my LLMD and cardiologist agreed that I should only be taking a very little dose of it), and surprisingly, some of the headache pain has returned. Luckily, however, not bad. The headache pain now will start to set in not long after taking the second dose of Mepron...but, the pain will not develop into a full blown (hours or days long) event.
Best of luck to you while on this medication. It is powerful stuff...and it will make a difference in the long run.
