I'm taking cholestryramine 3 times a day to remove toxins and initially it made me feel a lot better. I think it only removes the fat soluble toxins. I went to a Bikram Yoga class at the weekend and have been feeling horrible ever since--back to brain fog, twitching, peeling skin, teeth hurting and generally feeling like I have flu. It's the same when I go into an infra red sauna--takes me days to recover. Does anyone know what I can do to remove the non-fat soluble toxins--or what else might be going on?

I never could tolerate heat. Always made me feel worse.

As for CSM.. I felt better for the first 10 days...then it was all downhill from there.

You have an active infection and that is why you still feel sick .Have you treated bartonella?

I used to take colesteramine and had saunas too.In the begining they helped .I could not tolerate saunas in the begining but now I can stay longer.

REducing coinfections and lyme will make you better.

I also have tried Bionic with homepathic formula and high dosages of colesteramine or activated corcoal in empty stomak.Several time and all the toxins that i have from drugs were released and binded.

I find bionic helpful for that reason as it makes the cells spill the toxins.

You still need to kill the infection that is activated and consistantly is reproducing so binding for some times will help but will not be steady improvement as the neurotoxins are reproduced .

My teeth hurted with active lyme .The twitching is bartonella .

I can't tolerate heat in general but LOVE the infrared sauna. I go online while I'm in the sauna and distract myself (I have the kind where I can stick out my hands and my head sticks out).

When I'm done I feel SO much better for at least 24 hours. The more saunas I do in a week the better I feel on the week end. I worked my way (go slow - especially if you feel sick) up to 45 minutes at 145 degrees and my entire body sweats.

I've been using the sauna (on my second unit!) for about five years now.

I hope you feel better soon.

Whitmore,
I was told when you take anything to start soaking up toxins your body will start releasing more. It recognizes and starts to detox what it can. I found this to be true myself. I initially felt better than much worse.

I couldn't take Chlorella but am now taking Fibroboost which is Red Algae called eklonia Cava. I have been told this is better. I am starting real slow.

Misdiagnosed for many years. Treated for many things besides the real issue. Lyme diagnosed April 2008. Parasites diagnosed recently. Past to both my sons. Trying to remain hopeful and thankful.

Extreme heat as in a sauna increases the circulation, and whatever neurotoxin is still hanging on in the system will be mobilized and possibly ending up in the brain instead of out.

This is the tricky thing about repeated forceful treatments without enabling the body to move the toxins in the right direction and eventually out.
Whether extreme heat, exercise, or physical therapy, the aim is the same -- to move the toxins. It takes patience to let it happen. More is not better and it is difficult to make it happen without the right support and making certain the timing is right. Anyone with good muscle testing can easily determine that. It is hard to know what is going on without energetic testing to determine what remedy or therapy should be next.

Basic energetic testing is not difficult to learn.
It pays off in more ways than one. If I get up in the morning and for some reason do not feel right, I can test very quickly, by myself, what my problem is at the moment finding out what to do. It takes a few test vials and samples of the remedies/supplements you probably have already at home. You need a parasite vial, metal mix vial, a bacterial vial, fungi vial, and virus mix vial. Whatever tests positive, that is what I have to go after.

Toxic metals can move out of the organs or into the organs, into the heart and CNS/ brain depending on other conditions.
The heat in the sauna does not kill spirochetes. We would be dead before they are. And I have learned over many year, easy does it. Sometimes you need to give the body some help with certain agents to move the metals along. In many of us the blood brain barrier is no longer a barrier and has suffered some damage.

Listen to your body and try to learn to test. It has been talked a lot about here on LN. (ART, kinesiology, pendulum, tensor, which I do, etc.)

Wishing everyone well.

True .I used to wake up do coffe enemas and than follow up with a sauna and clorella. So I prepared myself to be inside out less toxic to continue with the rest of antibiotics during the day .

It made it easier for me in the treatment.I love sauna and I use it often.

Gigimac,

"GiGi, Where or how can I get these (parasite, bacteria, fungi, virus) vials?"

Ergopathics carries many of them.
Allergies, Lifestyle and Health carries many of them. Google these two places. Allergies, etc. I think you need the help of a practitioner to order, Ergopathics sells to individuals.

Google around for places that sell nosodes and homeopathics, they usually carry them.
I purchased the green laser years ago and it comes with certain vials which I use often. Inquire nurseandi.com

By the same token, you know, for instance, that if you test positive with the tensor or other instrument for any of the antifungal medicines, that that is an area you should be paying attention to at that time. Energetic testing is for "here and now", not tomorrow. You may be testing positive for metals and fungal at the same time - then treat all of them at the same time. That is what the Klinghardt Lyme Cocktail does so well. You put into it what you test positive for.

But it makes more sense to get the basics, like a parasite mix or a bacterial mix, etc. to determine what the body is dealing with at the time of testing.

It is a lot easier than it sounds.

Take care.
