I've been off herbals for babs for awhile now, and quite frankly I find that simply taking 12 drops of gse twice a day seems to stops the air hunger- at least for the day- if I off it it returns. Strange finding. j

I am still struggling to find a diagnosis, but Lyme is one of the things that the neuro I am currently seeing is testing for. Regardless, I noticed you said "air hunger". Do you mean shortness-of-breath or feeling like you can't take a deep breath? Of the many docs I have seen, nobody understands (or maybe believes me)the shortness-of-breath that I have that isn't consistent, but can occur with mild activity (grocery shopping) or is positional (squatting down or leaning over). Sometimes it's not so much that I'm short-of-breath, I just feel like I can't take a deep breath...like my lungs only fill up 3/4 of the way. Is your "air hunger" a symptom of Lyme disease? Thanks for your help!

Well the quick relief provided by the GSE tells me its most likely babs or lyme related. The feeling of having not having your breath and then having it in about half hour indicates to me it infectious in nature.
I have been on plenty of antiparasite herbs (cyrpt, art, enula) and they work as well but never cure me and further make me feel horrible. I'll be sticking to the GSE and many anti-inflammatory products instead of going the hardcore route - again I feel like I can live better this way- 10 years into lyme and babs. j

Thanks for the insight. I've been doing the organic food/herbs/vitamins lifestyle for about ten years so I'm familiar with GSE and its actions (it's a pretty potent supplement!)...I know it won't hurt to give it a try. And finding something that will help my shortness-of-breath would be such a relief for me!
