I did a coffee enema for detox earlier this week and it was not the first one I have ever done.

The next day after the enema I started feeling nauseous and my bathroom visits have been much more frequent.

I usually have to work at staying regular by taking minerals and mag. Now I am temporarily avoiding both because of frequent bathroom trips.

Could the enema have caused this? I was really hoping ces would prove to be quite helpful.

Could it be yeast popping up? I had run out of probiotics there for a while. This has gone on for 5 days and outside of the nausea and bathroom I don't really feel much crappier than usual.

The coffee enemas I have done before didn't cause this.

Any ideas?

I was hoping some others who have used coffee enemas to detox (am I the only one?) would give me some feedback on their experience and if this is a normal reaction to doing a ce.

If your gut bacteria was imbalanced, you could have washed out the good bacteria along with the bad, but the bad is repopulating faster. I can tell you after a series of colonics at NIHA I got much worse and eventually had a re-emergence of c doff. My recommendation would be get a hold of VSL #3 and florastor and take as much as you can handle. Also add in some organic saurkraut and kefir-learn hew to make kefir and yogurt with your own probiotics and save money. Stop washing out the intestines until you know you BWs have normalized. Use probiotics, and switch to an far infra red for detox. And maybe castor oil packs rather than enemas for awhile.
